The "3minutes" office takes the name from its conept, an office you can rent in 3 minutes, where all the services and the equipments are included and the company that will rent it will be ready to move in and be operative right after signing the contract. This project is located in Stockholm where we at Walk the Room, had the opportunity to design and create a new office space for Kungsleden. The office is organise in three zones for different levels of focus and social meetings. Great emphasis has been placed on well-being. The office is 80% sustainable.
