Together with Stamuli, I opened more than 15 stores for Alexander Wang including Outlets, pop-ups, and department stores.
My tasks: Bring the creative director's idea to a tangible space.
Daily contact with the client´s team. Execute the projects and roll out.
Reviewed the leases, checked the sites, and store assessments to present to the executive team, created the budget, involved different suppliers and consultants, and followed the construction until the store was ready for handover.
